Feast Day Masses in Honor of St. Anthony Mary Claret

With grateful hearts, the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish (IHMP) joyfully celebrates the feast of St. Anthony Mary Claret, a zealous apostolic missionary, devoted son of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, archbishop, and founder of the congregation of the Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (Claretian Missionaries). His life bears witness to a profound love for God, filial devotion to Mary, and an unwavering commitment to proclaiming the Gospel for the salvation of all.

Rooted in the Word of God and impelled by the love of Christ, St. Anthony Mary Claret dedicated his life to making Christ known and loved. His example reminds us that every Christian shares in the missionary vocation of the Church. Inspired by his charism, we are called to proclaim the Gospel through our words and deeds, serve our brothers and sisters with generosity, and bear witness to Christ wherever the Lord sends us. As members of the Claretian family and of the institutions shaped by his missionary spirit, may we continue this mission with faith, courage, and compassion, seeking the greater glory of God in all things.

The 6:30 AM Feast Day Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Ronnie Banaria, CMF, and concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Desiderio Martin, CMF; Rev. Fr. Carlos de Rivas, CMF; Rev. Fr. Julius Boado, CMF; Rev. Fr. Louie Guades, CMF; Rev. Fr. Lito Ancla, CMF; and Rev. Fr. Martin Ele, CMF. The Eucharistic celebration gathered the community in thanksgiving for the life and missionary witness of St. Anthony Mary Claret. The 12:00 NN Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Anthony Le Duc Tho, CMF.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our presiders and concelebrants for leading these Eucharistic celebrations, to our Mass sponsors for their generosity, and to all our parishioners, friends, and mission partners who joined us in honoring our beloved founder and renewing their commitment to the mission of Christ.

May St. Anthony Mary Claret inspire us to burn with love for God and neighbor, proclaim the Gospel with courage, and serve with generous and missionary hearts. May we remain faithful to our calling to make Christ known and loved, so that God may be known, loved, served, and glorified in all things.

One Heart, One Faith, One Family.
