Parade of Saints (Part III)
With joyful hearts and childlike wonder, our young parishioners gathered for the Parade of Saints on October 31 at 10:00 AM. Children ages 7 to 12 came dressed as their favorite saints, bringing their inspiring stories to life, accompanied by their loving parents.
Adding to the excitement were the loot bag stations along the streets around the church, prepared and manned by the PPC Excom, ministries and organizations, who generously shared treats and brought smiles to the children.
The celebration culminated in the 12:00 NN Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Julius Boado, CMF.
Our heartfelt thanks to the Social Service Development Ministry, Parish Youth and Vocation Ministry, Family and Life Ministry, and Basic Ecclesial Communities for organizing this meaningful activity and helping make the celebration joyful and memorable for our children.
This celebration aimed to restore the true meaning of this feast, deepen our faith, bring joy, and share genuine happiness with our children. Beyond the colorful costumes and delightful treats, we hope to help our young ones discover that the saints are our companions and role models in following Jesus, loving others, and living out our faith each day.
May the examples of the saints inspire our children and families to grow in holiness and keep Christ at the heart of our lives.
Happy All Saints’ Day!
